Department of Safety and Fire Engineering & Robotics and Automation Engineering, Pavai College of Technology organized a Online guest lecture on “Safety Controllers and Advanced Control Systems” on 11.04. 2023.
Mrs.S.Sowdeshwari,Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering welcomed the gathering. The presidential address was delivered by our Principal Dr. M Premkumar, Pavai College of Technology. The Felicitation address was given by Mrs.R.M.Thamilselvi, Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Mr.R.M.Shanmuganathan of second year R&A introduced the Chief Guest with her successful profile and the session was handed over to the guest Dr.A.Sujatha, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Thanthai Periyar Government Institute of Technology, Vellore. She shared her experience on the role of safety controllers in industrial area and introduction of computer control processes in terms of cascade control & feed forward control in automation.
The session was more interactive and informative which gave a spark in students to think out of box. At the end of the program, Mr.A.Mukilan of Second year S&F thanked all the dignitaries, faculty members and the participants by delivering the vote of thanks. Ms.R.M.Jaishri of second year R&A was a overall student co-coordinator of this event.
