The department of Mechatronics Engineering was started in the year 2012 to impart quality education in this field. Mechatronics is the synergistic combination of precision Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Control Systems Engineering in the design of products and manufacturing processes. Now, all the modern products operate on the basis of Mechatronics Engineering and the branch has great scope in future. The mission of the department is to create globally competent Engineers to solve the problems in this field of Mechatronics in future and to develop expertise in consultancy and training activities by providing thrust to Industrial needs.
As Graduates of B.E. Mechatronics Engineering will
- Have an ability to apply the knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering.
- Have an ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
